Our future-oriented hopper scale program type BW is a
universal, durable, absolutely wear and maintenance-free scale program.
It was developed for particularly industrial applications. The special
structure with only one load cell is unbeatable in relation to all
well-known conventional systems.

The scales are available as non PTB certified as well as PTB certified
weighing systems (building material calibration class IIII). Our
standard supply of frameworks and hopper-shapes essentially takes the
complete industrial off requirement. Of course also special designs are

Solid-bulk scales
Solid-bulk scales essentially differ from liquid scales by the
type of the hopper and the hopper outlet or hopper discharge.
For dust or powdered products completely closed hoppers with
appropriate venting systems (filter, outlet duct, etc..) can be
supplied. As hopper outlets optional butterfly valves, vein
feeders or screw conveyors can be mounted. A special lacquer
finish inside of the hoppers serves as a glide layer.
For coarse granular products open hopper forms with e.g. special
twin flap gates are available. As wearing protection optional
vulcanized rubber mats, screwed-in easily removable plastic
plates or special hung up steel plates can be supplied. For both
hopper forms discharge aid (vibrators) are supplied, motor or
pneumatically driven.
Additionally we can offer also dosing units and metering
stations for powdered and rough bulk materials.
